The Road Safety Department have provided the following information.
What fee is charged for a motorist to attend a Driver Awareness Course.?
Please Note: There is not a Driver Awareness Course.
An individual pays between £73 and £100 for the National Speed Awareness Course depending on the provider.
How much of the fee is paid to the company organising the course?
The total paid to the course provider by the Force is £29.20
How many motorists attended the course in the year ending 31 December 2023.?
Considering both online and physical class room courses, the Force were notified by the national course providers that 93,532 people completed Speed Awareness Courses resulting from offences committed within Devon and Cornwall for 2023.
