Speed limit enforcement data

The Road Safety Team have provided the following information.

Please provide me with Year 2 speed limit enforcement data for the 20 MPH zone in Old Laira Road Plymouth B3214.

Dates 09/05/2023 to present day.

Please break this data down by activations of each individual camera.

From 09/05/23 to 23/04/24 there have been 10,784 offences, not including blue light vehicle activations, for the camera closest to the Embankment.

It is not possible to state direction unless every single offence is manually viewed as the camera is bi-directional.

From 09/05/23 to 23/04/24 there have been 1,022 offences, not including blue light vehicle activations, for the average speed system through ‘Laira Narrows’ section.

The 1,022 offences consisted of 269 offences for vehicles travelling towards the Mutley area and 753 offences for vehicles traveling towards the Embankment.
