NOTICE OF OUTCOME OF PUBLIC HEARING

PC Rickard attended a disciplinary hearing on 27th September - 30th September 2022 where he faced allegations that his conduct may have fallen below the Standard of Professional Behaviour with regards to Use of Force, Authority, Respect and Courtesy, Duties and Responsibilities.

The panel found misconduct proved and PC Rickard was issued with a final written warning.
