DC Bradley Stow

NOTICE OF HEARING

An investigation was conducted in relation to allegations concerning DC Bradley Stow’s conduct as an officer. It is alleged that his behaviour has fallen below the Standards of Professional Behaviour in that:

1. Between the 8 January 2024 and 12 January 2024, DC Stow abused his position as a Family Liaison Officer by communicating via text message with a family member of a victim in an inappropriate and inconsistent manner using his force issued mobile phone and attempted to initiate an inappropriate relationship with them.

It is alleged that DC Bradley Stow’s behaviour has fallen below the standards of professional behaviour namely honesty and integrity, authority, respect and courtesy, duties and responsibilities and discreditable conduct.

DC Bradley Stow will therefore attend an Accelerated Misconduct Hearing at Devon and Cornwall Police Headquarters, Middlemoor, Sidmouth Road, Exeter, EX2 7HQ on 30th August 2024 at 1100.

The Accelerated Misconduct Hearing adjourned on 30th August 2024 will resume at 10:00AM at Devon and Cornwall Police Headquarters, Middlemoor, Sidmouth Road, Exeter, EX2 7HQ.
