Police are seeking to identify two men to help with enquiries in connection with an assault on a man that took place in the early hours of Friday morning 2 June. 

A 34-year-old man was struck in the face while talking to a woman who was sat on a wall near the burger van.  The blow to the man’s face split his lip and knocked out two teeth.

The offence took place near the burger van parked near the Sherwell Arcade, in North Hill, Plymouth.

A police spokesman said: “We would like people to think back to the early hours on that Friday morning and contact us by phoning 101 or report what they know anonymously via Crimestoppers if they feel can help us.”
