Data collected by this website
This website has a number of forms which are emailed over a secure connection to various Devon and Cornwall Police departments and teams.
The data is securely stored on the web server for upto 3 months until it is deleted.
Each form is designed to collect only the information that the department or team need to carry out the service the form describes.

Surveys and feedback forms
Certain sections of this site require personal information to be given, for example surveys and feedback forms. The provision of this information is optional.
This website has two services (the dash board and media services) that store personal or professional email addresses within its database. The information is saved until we are told by yourselves to remove it. The email addresses are given freely as part of the login process of using the services.
