Pegasus: protecting our skies

Devon and Cornwall Police are working to protect our airfields, marinas and coastal waters.

We support two national projects – Project Pegasus and Project Kraken. These aim to increase awareness of potential terrorist activity or organised crime.

Project Pegasus

Project Pegasus encourages those who work in the aviation industry to be extra vigilant to reduce the threat of terrorism and crime.

For more information please watch this video from Essex Police.

To report suspicious activity around our airfields, please use our Report something form and select 'Suspicious behaviour' from the form drop down or call/email 101 or 999 in an emergency.

Border crime causes immense harm to the UK and, because not every plane and airstrip can be monitored 24 hours a day, the aviation community can play a vital role in preventing it and maintaining a safe community.
