Collisions involving animals

For each of the last five years could you please disclose how many RTC's have been reported to Devon and Cornwall Police whereby an animal was involved/the cause of the RTC. Animals includes Horse, Cattle, Ass, Mule, Sheep, Pig, Goat, or Dog but not Deer. Could you also please disclose how many of those RTC's identified resulted in an injury. If possible, please break down injury type by minor, serious, life changing or life threatening injuries. Of the identified RTC's involving animals, please disclose where no injury occurred, but damage to vehicle did occur. Of the identified RTC's involving animals, please disclose where neither injury to person, nor damage to vehicle occurred.

Information I’m requesting is a breakdown over latest figures over 3 years. Covering Devon & Cornwall Region 1 I would like to know how many building sites have been visited by D&CC, due to mud/debris being deliberately dragged onto public roads breaking the Highways Act 1980 section 161. 2 What action if any was taken if building site was visited by a Police officer. 3 I would also like to know how many farmers/farming contractors, that have been visited because they are deliberately breaking the Highways Act 1980 section 161. 4 What action if any was taken? 5 How many individual cases where put forward to CPS for those who commit Highways Act 1980 sections 137, 148, 149, 161 offences
