Invoice payment performance data for financial years 18/19 and 19/20: 1. How many invoices were paid late (actual number rather than %) and what is the total value of invoices paid late? 2. Is this split out by sector / category or can you identify SME suppliers that have been paid late? If so, what are the volumes values? 3. How many claims have you processed for late payment of invoices? How many claims were successful and how many were rejected (and for what reason)? (Volumes and values of claims) 4. Do you have a documented process for late payment claims? If so, is this published and can it be shared? In the absence of a process, where should late payment claims be submitted?

1a) How many of your vehicles were destroyed (by destroyed I mean damaged beyond economic repair) in 2019/20 following any kind of road traffic accident? 1b) What was the make and model of the most expensive vehicle that was written off? 2a) What was the total cost of this damage to your service because of the accidents referred to in Q.1? 2b) If you were insured and suffered no direct cost other than through your insurance premiums, please provide me with a figure for the total value of those vehicles when written off. 3a) In the 2019/20 financial year, how many claims of compensation were paid to members of the public who were injured in a collision involving one of your vehicles? 3b) What was the total amount of the compensation? Please note that members of the public could be a passenger in your vehicle, a pedestrian or the driver/passenger in another vehicle. Note: The question relates to the date the claim was paid irrespective of when the accident took place or when the claim was made

With regard to below: Crime Act 2002 (POCA) gives prosecutors and financial ... agencies under the Asset Recovery Incentivisation Scheme (ARIS). There are no conditions placed on how the ARIS allocations must be spent, though ministers have indicated that they would wish to see some money spent on asset recovery work, crime reduction projects and community projects. The other 50% is retained by the Home Office for its core expenditure. Please can you tell me how much has been given to communities? What communities and what for, over the last 3 years.
