Job title: Imaging Officer
Location: Middlemoor HQ, Exeter
Salary range: The commencing salary will be within Grade 5 starting at £22,221 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £24,273 per annum.
Unit / department: South West Forensics - Digital Forensics
Hours: 37 hours per week
• Provide specialist, centralised Imaging (film and digital) Laboratory and Imaging service to the South West Regional Forces. This will include capturing, editing, enhancing, producing and publishing as necessary evidential images taken at or seized from crime scenes.
• Attend crime scenes to capture images and data for crime scene / incident reconstruction.
• Provide specialised capability in the provision of evidential presentations including virtual mapping reconstructions, sanitisation of images, body mapping, 360 degree visualisations and multimedia packages of all media formats for use within the investigative and judicial process.
