Successful applicants will be required to reside within 30 miles of their post.

Principal responsibilities

The principal responsibilities of this role are to provide specialist operational support and are responsible for the protection of life and property, through a range of sworn powers in line with organisational values and goals.  They provide a highly visible uniformed presence on the strategic road network and in our communities, delivering the National and Force Road Policing Strategies as well as the Force Firearms Strategy.
