101 emails

Whilst we aim to respond to 101 emails within 24 hours, there will be times when we are managing extremely high volumes of both emergency and non-emergency demand. We will always respond as soon as we can, however there may be delays in our usual response times as the department we transfer your email on to may not always be able to respond immediately or our Contact Officers are busy dealing with high volumes of emergency calls.

Please be reassured we will process your enquiry as quickly as we can.

Every contact we receive about a policing issue is answered by a member of our team, whether it’s online and by phone.
