- When are you next going through an audit of the national fraud initative?
Annual exercise at the end of each financial year.
What current procedures do you have in place such as confirmation of payee against fraud?
AP Forensics software deployed as part of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
What is your current confirmation of payee software incumbent product & the renewal date of the contract.
As this is part of the core ERP functionality (Unit 4), purchased back in 2005, it includes annual support and maintenance, so no specific end date as we just renew year on year.
