How many occasions has the mobile manned speed camera been positioned at the location M5 (jct 27 overbridge), Tiverton, Devon in the last 12 calendar months. And/or how many notices of ‘intended prosecution’ have been issued in the same period.

The Road Safety Department have provided the following information.

For the location in question, 9,747 Notices of Intended Prosecution have been issued over 141 separate occasions between 01/09/2023 and 31/08/2024
