The Professional Standards Department have provided the following information.
- How many of your officers have been issued with misconduct / gross misconduct notices during the past 12 months?
85 individual officers have been issued with a regulation 17 notice between 13th May 2023 and 12th May 2024.
Please note that one officer can have more than one regulation 17 notice issued if they have been linked to more than one conduct matter within the last 12 months.
2. Details for what type of notice was issued, the date of each notice served.
Data has been reviewed for the presence of a regulation 17 notice - which 'describes the alleged conduct and explains how that conduct is considered to fall below the standards of professional behaviour'.
