The Prevention Department has provided the following information.
The Violent and Sex Offender Register (ViSOR) is a live system and can only provide a snapshot on the day a report is run. Reports are not run every day and data from previous reports is not retained. The closest date captured and recorded was 10/01/2024. On this date, 2740 Registered Sex Offenders (RSO’s) were owned by Devon & Cornwall Police on ViSOR.
There were three Category 1 RSOs for whom we did not have an address or know where they were living on the specified date.

None.
or (b) thought to have No Fixed Address and may be homeless.

All cases were being managed as Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA Level 1) on the specified date.
