The Criminal Justice Department has provided the following information.
The information concerns the victims right to review (VRR) scheme which gives victims the right to ask for a review of a police decision not to charge a suspect.
1: How many victims have made a request to your force to apply the victims right to review scheme after they've reported a crime
a) since the start of the scheme
Since April 2015, Devon & Cornwall Police has received 2093 requests for Victims Right to Review (VRR).
The outcomes of the reviews since 2015 are in the table below:
