Please can you provide me with a monthly average and median for 999 talk time in seconds by month from Dec-2022 to Nov-24.
By talk time I mean from the time that the call handler answers the call until they hang up

Caveats/Limitations
Median for 999 talk time is not calculated in the Qliksense CRC Contact Management Report.
Please note, Devon & Cornwall Police do not record the median 999 talk time so does not hold this information. The average talk time has been provided in the table below.
