The Alliance ICT Department has provided the following information:

Please note that the following information is in relation to the Application Services tower of the Managed Service Contract.

Given the scale of your digital & ICT operations, please provide, for financial years 2022/23, 2023/24, 2024/25, and year-to-date 2025/26:

The total contracted spend on Application Management Services (AMS) (or equivalent application support / maintenance services).

• 2022/23 – £1,002,402
• 2023/24 – £1,005,843
• 2024/25 – £1,159,666
• 2025/26 (until 21/10/2025) - £685,586

For any current AMS contracts: supplier name(s), contract title / description, contract number, start date, end date, extension options, and total value (ex VAT).

Supplier is BT Global Services – ICT Managed Services. Contract number is 19T (internal use).

Contract started 2015. Recently re-let to BT following tender for a further 10 years

Total spend for the last full contract year (April 2024 to March 25) was £7,209,867.33.

If AMS is provided in-house (fully or partially), please state that, and provide any external AMS contract(s) with application names, suppliers, and values.

The BT Managed Service is supported by an in-house team of Devon and Cornwall Police staff.

If AMS is bundled in a wider ICT or managed services contract, please provide the contract name / reference and any available breakdown of the AMS portion."
