Data limitations:
Only emergency and priority incidents are included here.
Routine demand is dealt with in a number of ways including appointments which are scheduled at reporting person’s convenience and using their preferred method (e.g. in person, over the phone etc.) and as such it is not possible or meaningful to calculate median attendance for those.
Also, not included will be domestic burglaries that are reported by other means that do not go through our Force Contact Resolution Centre (e.g. if disclosed as part of another investigation, discovered by police, directly crimed) attendance at these burglaries is managed differently.
Note:
We aim to attend emergency incidents within 20 minutes, and priority incidents within one hour.
