The Alliance Finance Department and the Southwest Police Procurement Department has provided the following information.
- What software you are currently using to facilitate BACS payments & what is the date of the renewal for this contract?
We use Finastra to facilitate the BACS for Devon & Cornwall. The facility is used by the Alliance Finance Department which provides a service to both Dorset Police and Devon Cornwall Police. Dorset Police hold the contract with Finastra with Devon and Cornwall sharing some of the cost. The contract is renewed annually in April each year.
- How much you are paying annually for this contract, and where do you advertise for this tender?
The cost for the facility is £2,093.04.
