The Buildings & Estates Department have provided the following information.
This response relates to the closure of the public access to the building and the disposal of the property shown below.
Between 1st January 2020 and 31st December 2024, two police stations (as in the buildings) were closed and officers relocated to another site nearby.
St Ives Police Station - Closed 2021.
Torpoint Police Station - Closed 2023
In both cases, an operational presence is still located in the town or immediate vicinity
