The Resourcing & Development Department have provided the following information.
Yes.
Training in Domestic Abuse (DA) which as includes Controlling and Coercive Behaviours (CCB).
This includes the terms ‘they are’, or ‘have been’;
Therefore any further action would fall under the definition of Domestic Abuse and would be treated as such.
Proxy or malicious reporting would also fall within the definition of DA and is asked on the PPN question set.
