The Professional Standards Department has provided the following information.

Searches were completed on Centurion with a case type of Complaint and Conduct recorded between 01/01/2013 to 30/06/2025. The Staff Type was set to Police Officer and national factors of Domestic/gender abuse, PPDA with an allegation summary that includes DASH.

Q1. Have any police officer in you force been disciplined since 1/1/2013 for either failing to complete a DASH and/or falsifying a DASH.

Yes – 3 Officers.

Q2. If your answer is Yes to question 1 what was the outcome of the disciplinary action?

All 3 resulted in Proceedings Discontinued.
