Offence Description                                   

• Owner / person in charge of dog dangerously out of control causing injury
• Person in charge of a dog allow it to be dangerously out of control in public place and cause injury
• Owner of a dog allow it to be dangerously out of control in public place and cause injury
• Owner / person in charge of dog dangerously out of control causing injury to assistance dog
• Owner / person in charge of a dog dangerously out of control causing injury resulting in death

How many injuries from dog attacks of any breed have there been in your police force area in the calendar year of 2023 and 2024?

How many injuries from dog attacks from XL bullies have there been in your police force area in the calendar year of 2023 and 2024?

Between January 1st 2023 and December 31st 2023, there were 1050 crimes reported, where a dog was "dangerously out of control" and caused an injury.

Of those, 8 mentioned "xl bull" in the MO text.

Between January 1st 2024 and December 31st 2024, there were 1315 crimes reported, where a dog was "dangerously out of control" and caused an injury.

Of those, 41 mentioned "xl bull" in the MO text.
