Dog deaths in custody

Deaths of dogs while in police custody within Devon and Cornwall. Specifically, I would like to request the following information for all recorded incidents:

1. The date of death for each dog that has died while in police custody.

2. The cause of death for each dog.

3. The breed (as stated or recorded) of each dog.

4. The specific region or police force jurisdiction where each death occurred.

If possible, please provide this information in a structured format, such as a table, with separate columns for the date of death, cause of death, breed, and region.

I would like the data for the last 2 years upto the date that the request is actioned.
