The Information Management Department have provided the following information. 

Please supply the total numbers of FOI requests received by Devon and Cornwall Police per year for 2020-2024.

Please supply the request rate at which you respond with an automated email saying you are currently dealing with a "high" number of requests.

The automated response to all requests received directly into the Force states we are currently dealing with a high number of requests

The only requests that don’t receive the automated response are those submitted via the Force website 

Please supply the total number of FOI requests made in 2024 which have not elicited a response claiming there is currently a "high" number of requests.

Whilst responses may have gone late, no request in 2024 has not been responded to because the Force is dealing with a high number of requests.
