The Professional Standards Department have provided the following information.

Today (7/5/25), you published details of an upcoming misconduct hearing to be held tomorrow (8/5/25) for PC Sam Hill:

'PC Sam Hill

Former PC Sam Hill will answer allegations that her conduct amounted to breaches of the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of Discreditable Conduct.

The nature of the allegations are that on 17th January 2025, former PC Sam Hill pleaded guilty to 18 counts of Misconduct in a Public Office.

The hearing is to be held on 8th May 2025 at Devon and Cornwall Police Headquarters at HQ Middlemoor at 10am.'
