Please confirm for the last 4 years (1 January 2021 - 31 December 2021, 1 January 2022 - 31 December 2022, 1 January 2023 - 31 December 2023, 1 January 2024 - 31 December 2024) please confirm the number of cars that you have held pending the outcome of a criminal investigation or civil claim belonging to the Motability Scheme.
Please also confirm the average length of time for each year that the cars were held by the police.
