MOU's and private landlords

The Information Management Department have provided the following information.

1) Could you please send me copies of any Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) or Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs) between your police force and private sector landlords or letting agencies that provide residential housing within the area your police officers operate within.

I am interested in MOUs or DSAs related to anti-social behaviour or tenancy issues - the agreements will likely involve the sharing of personal data, tenancy history, or anti-social behaviour reports.

Devon & Cornwall Police has no MOUs or DSAs with private sector landlords or letting agencies.
