Naloxone use in custody suites

The Criminal Justice Department has provided the following information.

Please could you tell me, from 1 Jan 2022 to present:
1.         If the force has naloxone in its custody suites
Yes (Prenoxad injectable)

2. The number of times naloxone was used in custody by the force
   
   

3. The number of patients/arrestees naloxone was used on
   Each usage in the above table equates to one person.
4. The number of drug overdoses in custody
   
   This is difficult to quantify as Custody Staff are not trained medical staff so defining a condition can be difficult, what may present as an overdose may be due to an entirely different medical reason, e.g. excess alcohol, diabetes, seizures etc (although we do have Healthcare Professionals co-located in our centres). Therefore our Adverse Incident data recording allows staff to ‘tag’ a range of sub-reasons for the primary reason of ‘Illness’. The most relevant of these tags appear in the below table.

5. The number of deaths from drug overdoses in custody
   Nil

If you have numerical data broken down by month, then that would be fantastic. If not, broken down by calendar year is fine. Failing that, a total across all requested years would be acceptable if it allows you to comply with my request.
 
If naloxone was introduced in custody suites after 1 Jan 2022, please let me know when.
 
Also, please could you provide information on who administers the naloxone – eg police officers or healthcare professionals.
