Filtered by disposal date: January 1st 2019 to August 5th 2025

Disposal: EAR - Penalty Notice for Disorder and SA - Penalty Notice for Disorder

Person DOB was matched in from Occurrence - People Links (all)  

Person age at time of disposal was then calculated in excel  

Then filtered on person age for 0-17

- The number of Penalty Notices for Disorder (PNDs) issued by your force to individuals under the age of 18, broken down by:

- Year (from 2019 to the most recent available)

- Offence type

- Age of recipient

- Gender and ethnicity (if recorded)

- Whether your force has any internal policy or guidance regarding the issuance of PNDs to individuals under 18, and if so, please provide a copy.

- The number of PNDs issued to individuals under 18 that were later withdrawn or cancelled, broken down by year.

Between January 1st 2019 and August 5th 2025, there were no recorded PND's being issued for persons under 18.

Please be advised Penalty Notices for Disorder (PNDs) have been discontinued for children under 18.
