The Positive Action team continues to engage with diverse communities through attending events such as cultural celebrations, religious festivals and community events. The team works closely with recruitment agencies, career advisors and the education sector, providing inputs about career opportunities within policing, our under-representation and how we can support people from under-represented groups into careers or volunteering.
