Please provide the number of recorded offences between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2024 that meet both of the following conditions:
1. It was recorded under Section 61 the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (“administering a substance with intent to stupefy or overpower”)
2. The incident is flagged as Domestic Abuse, Intimate Partner Violence, or otherwise recorded as occurring within a domestic setting.
NOTE: If this exceeds the cost limit, please prioritise reports for 2023–2024 only.
Between January 1st 2022 and December 31st 2024, there were three crimes of "Administer substance with intent to stupefy / overpower to allow sexual activity", that were flagged as Domestic Abuse.
Of those three offences, one was crimed in 2022 and two were crimed in 2024.
