As of April 6, 2025, how many individuals are subject to signing the Sex Offenders Register ("subject to Notification Requirements") under the Sexual Offences Act in your force area?
Data is captured fortnightly, and the closest date was on 31/03/2025
At that point we had 2927 Registered Sex Offenders owned & managed by Devon & Cornwall Police – this includes community and custody cases.
Of these individuals, how many are subject to indefinite Notification Requirements?
This figure is from 23/04/2025 as we cannot get retrospective figures.
