Speeding offences Saltash

The Alliance Operations Department and the Force National Computer Bureau have provided the following information.

1) Will you please advise me of the number of NIPs and the total number of speeding offences the speed camers in North Road Saltash from January 1st 2025 until June 30th 2025.

Between 1 January 2025 and 30 June 2025 there were 344 speeding offences resulting in 171 Notice of Intended Prosecutions NIPs being issued, once you remove all blue light activations which have legal exemption.

2) Will you please advise me of the number of Section 59 warnings currently in place against drivers with a Saltash address.

Based on a report which was run on 3 June 2025, there were zero Section 59 warnings.

Please note that the report only provides a snapshot in time. We do not keep records of all those s.59 warnings we add as they only remain valid for 12 months. The data shows that when the report was run there were no current warnings for anyone with a current home address in PL12 4 postcode area; this does not mean one was not issued in Saltash to someone who now lives outside of PL12 4 area or that someone has not moved since it was issued.
