I am currently completing an evidence based research project as part of my year 3 university dissertation. As part of my research, I am looking to compare the cost to the force to upskill or train officers in new technology. Do you have any statistics or documents I can reference around this. For example, is there any figures on how much it cost to train all officers in NICHE?

The Alliance Finance Department has provided the following information.

£29,676.80 for financial year 2024/25.

Please note that this cost includes trainer spend only.
