There is no specific offence of underage driving - The offence "Drive a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a license" would cover offences, such as driving underage.

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request data regarding underage (under the age of 17) drivers who have been arrested in your area.

Could you please provide the following data for the period 01/01/2024 – 31/12/2024:

1) The total number of individuals arrested for driving underage.
Four offences were found where underage individuals were involved when a vehicle was stopped and arrests made for "Drive a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a license".

2) The locations by LSOA name where each offence took place.

The LSOA is not recorded, nearest town provided, see table below. 

3) The last outcome category type for each individual arrested.

If possible, please provide this data in an Excel spreadsheet (or a similar format), broken down by month within the given time period.
