This request is regarding data sharing about protests arrests between the chief constable and Valero Energy Ltd (Also known as / Valero logistics UK Ltd. / Valero Pembrokeshire Oil Terminal Ltd) between April 2022 and April 2023. I request the following information:
1. Any communications between chief constable and Valero relating to disclosures of protest arrests.
The Chief Constable’s Office and Legal Department have provided the following information.
Nil return.
No communications have taken place between Valero Energy Ltd. and the Chief Constable of Devon & Cornwall Police between April 2022 and April 2023 regarding protest arrests. A Court Order was received in 2022 relating to the disclosure of arrests, however, it was not from Valero Energy Ltd. and nothing has been disclosed.
Please Note: this is not communication directly between Valero Energy Ltd. and the Chief Constable of Devon & Cornwall Police.
