The Force Lead for Hate Crime has provided the following information:

Has your Force received any communications from the Government, the PCC, the NPCC, or the College of Policing about the adoption of the Government's non-statutory "anti-Muslim hostility" definition (published 9 March 2026), ​​A Definition of Anti-Muslim Hostility​ - GOV.UK ? If so, please provide a copy or link.

I am not aware that any such notification has been received by the Force and this has been checked with Review and Inspections) 

2. Has the Force (a) adopted the definition in full, (b) adopted it in part, (c) decided not to adopt it, or (d) is currently considering adoption?

The Force has not adopted the definition 

3. Has the Force held any meetings or discussions relating to this decision? If so, please provide any recorded information on the content of those meetings, including agendas, minutes, or summaries.
