The Audit & Insurance Department has provided the following information:

Please advise the value of claims following damage to force vehicles pursued against motorists, insurers and the Motor Insurers Bureau in relation to incidents occurring within the following periods together with the amounts recovered by the force in relation to these incidents.

01/01/23 – 31/12/23
01/01/24 – 31/12/24

Clarification: We are seeking the total value of damages and the total amount recovered.

Please note: due to past extended staff vacancies within the department, there are a number of open claims where we are still seeking to make recoveries.
