"It is important to note in ""Part One"" and ""Part Three"" the requestor has requested the 'total' number of offences and 'all' of the offences respectively, these questions have been answered using all available record, whereas in ""Part Two"" the requestor has requested person information, therefore for the information requested (Age and Gender), the records have been processed appropriately.
For the requested Age data if a unique nominal (person) committed two different offences while they belong to two different age groups, they would be counted for both age groups,
For the requested Gender Data, every unique nominal (person) is counted once.
