- How many officers failed their fitness test in the past year (June 2025-May 2026)?

Please detail support offered to officers who fail fitness tests? Are weight-loss jabs like Wegovy, Mounjaro, Ozempic etc used?
The Force cannot prescribe the use of weight loss injections.
Officers are fully supported by a team of 60 fitness leads across the Force where necessary, with 37 gyms available in Devon & Cornwall.
Officers can also be coached remotely and online via a Personal training app which they have access to 24/7 once signed up for bespoke training.
