2. Please provide the number of police fines issued to drivers using their phone behind the wheel broken down by calendar years 2023, 2024 and 2025 in your force area.
Devon & Cornwall Police do not issue fines; fines are issued by His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunal’s Service who can be contacted here: HM Courts & Tribunals Service - GOV.UK
