The Alliance People Department has provided the following information:
Please note that by “completed probation period” we have considered completing two-year service, which was the standard length of probation period. We do not hold readily available data on those officers whose probation period was extended beyond two years for whatever reason.
2019 data is up to end of Sept 2019 as PEQF commenced in Oct 2019 in D&C.
Please provide the following information for the five-year period immediately preceding the introduction of the Police Education Qualifications Framework (PEQF):
