The Alliance Finance Department and South West Regional Procurement have provided the following information:

Please provide the following information regarding the system or systems currently used to support Professional Development Review (PDR), performance appraisal, performance management, objectives or career conversations for police officers and police staff:

Unit 4 ERP.

   Not applicable. As part of the Unit 4 ERP contract we are able to use form to create the PDR’s.

   Part of Unit 4 ERP.

   The Devon & Cornwall Police share of the contract is £279,000.00 annual subject to indexation.
