Data Caveats / Limitations:
- For question 2, the average response time is given as the median time for the year from receipt to attendance, split by emergency and priority graded incidents.
- Incident attendance can be reliably reported on for Emergency and Priority graded incidents, incidents with a lower graded priority than this can be attended after the STORM log is closed (by neighbourhood policing teams and recorded via NICHE) and therefore attendance cannot be reported on reliably.
- Arrest numbers are based on the date of arrest during the requested time, not the date of incident.
- Arrest numbers consist of both primary and additional arrests for the given HO Descriptions.
