The ICT Department have provided the following information.
Via your 999 control room, your call handlers are able to text message (SMS) a mobile number via a link the caller must click on to enable police to locate their location.
My request is:
Please could you provide me with the provider of this service. (Even if built in within CAD, I would like to know what website/provider provides this SMS service.
lease could you let me know how many location requests you have sent.

Please provide me how many people clicked the link and a location request was successful.

How much does it cost for this service. Whether this is paid per SMS or monthly/yearly fee.
Included as part of our overall contract for all services with Goodsamapp.org.
Contract costs cover both Devon and Cornwall Police and Dorset Police and not just Devon and Cornwall Police.
