Notice:

The above officers are alleged to have breached the standards of professional behaviour, namely Honesty and Integrity and Discreditable Conduct.  It is alleged that the officers used a digital agitator on their computers to give the impression that they were working when they were not. It is alleged that they knew they were being paid for work that they were not doing and that they used the agitator when they knew they should not do so. Their behaviour is alleged to have discredited the police service and undermined public confidence in it because a reasonable member of the public would be justifiably concerned that a police officer had behaved in a dishonest and/or deceitful manner and received pay for work that they had not done.

The conduct is alleged to constitute gross misconduct.
