Arrest request
This form is for making arrest requests.
In compliance with PACE, on arrest the suspect will be taken to the nearest custody suite and it will be the responsibility of the requesting force to deal with the suspect by either coming down to the custody suite or arranging a custody transfer.
It's therefore essential you provide us with all your contact details and any out of hours contact numbers so our arresting officers can make contact with you or your department once the suspect is in custody.
Please note: We’ll only consider arrest requests that are compliant with Code G and the Human Rights Act and there is significant reason why the OIC can’t do this themselves.
